Beautiful house by the Niangua River, perfect to fish, swim, kayak, and relax in the big deck facing the river.
Direct access to the river
Perfect place to relax, work from "home" or simply recharge.
Not a party house and gatherings are not allowed.
Limited parking for 2 vehicles, trailers not allowed as there is no way to turned around due to the proximity to the river
Responsible pet owners are welcome with pet fee

Very peaceful
Overall I really liked our stay. The woodsy sounds at night we’re awesome! The keypad door entrance is great! Super easy to use! My husband wasn’t thrilled with the two track road leading to the house and how difficult it was to park/turn around our F350. It’s a very big truck.
