All trash must be picked up inside and outside. We would appreciate shoes to be removed before entering the home due to the dirt/mud from the grounds.
Must pick up all trash and place in dumpster in front of the gate when you are checking out.
For showers - please open the bathroom window as there is no ventilation system and this will help with humidity. Laundry - please open the window.

Cox Riverside Retreat
The pictures and decription of this home are very accurate- very quiet and peaceful as described! The home came equipped with everything as stated and was very clean. The owner has been easy to work with and very accomodating. I would highly recommend staying at the Cox Riverside Retreat.
