- Beautiful cozy spacious 2200 sf castle like house including 4 beds, 2 baths, sunroom, family room, dining room, kitchen, living room, laundry room & 4 workstations ( w 2 big monitors) house
- 3 Smart TV with cable (75, 65 & 40 inch)
- Central location, close to VG hospital, downtown Victoria & many beautiful lakes/ocean, parks & trails.
- Lots of windows & Stunning downtown/forest/mountain view
- Family friendly & backs to a park/forest
- Well stock kitchen
- Walking to bus &Galloping Goose
The space:
- Please contact host to enquire a specific time you want to stay at our family home if the dates you want to stay aren't available.
- The house is family friendly. There is a variety of kids books & toys available
- The space is on top of a hill that is surrounded by beautiful nature with mountain, city and water views. Entrance to the Knockan Hill park is just 20 meters from the house through a catwalk. It is a forest like park where you can hike among tall pine trees and look at beautiful panoramic views.
The house is well equipped with:
- Super fast Wi-Fi
- Hair dryer, towels, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels,...
- Beddings & extra bedding, extra blankets, fans
- Microwave, kettle, Brita water filter, coffee maker, coffee & tea, cookware (pots/pans), dishes/cups/bowls, utensils, spices, cooking oil, salt/peppers,....
- Laundry room is equipped with detergent & fabric softener
- There is a queen air mattress available upon request. Guests will need to set it up/take down if needed.
- There are thermostats in each room that you can adjust to your preferred temperature.
The neighborhood is quiet and respectful so we would like to request the same from our guests. No parties please.
- Guests will stay in the main house and share the backyard with the suite. Guests from the suite use the separate driveway/entrance to enter the suite.
Other details to note:
- The walk in closet in master bedroom is locked for storage
- There is an outside security camera at the front door
