Unprepared for renters. Poor communication.
we had to pick up key at the neighbors house to get in. No garage door openers for 8 days. No resident ID cards for 4 days. Which meant we could not golf, visit rec center or pool. No information in the house for the Wifi. Electric power went off on the first of the month. Very little information given and lack of communication from VRBO.
