Hello - I have a great life! I live in Maine with my family and travel to see my parents and sister while I care for their properties. Old Naples, FL, and Nantucket hold several properties they choose to live in themselves or rent out.

My mother and sister each found beautiful properties two blocks from the beaches and four from the nicest downtown areas. They both have the eye and great taste, filling their spots with art and new equipment for home cooking. Nantucket has three rentals on the one downtown address, and in Florida, five rentals are nestled on a corner lot that allows privacy and space. Nantucket has a house divided into the front and the middle. Both have separate roofs but are attached by a hallway with closets and a utility room. A boat barn is the third rental, just a gem for its open space and two bathrooms. Nantucket also has my mother's sweet rose-covered cottage in Sconset. Each spot has parking on the property.

All the properties have one-of-a-kind art and excellent equipment, are all newly updated, are within walking distance to the beach, and have two of the most fabulous downtowns the states offer.
