Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home four blocks from Main Street and the Harbor. 36.5 Union Street and has three separate rental opportunities on the property. This Front House faces Union Street; The Middle House is behind and is separated by what I call a 'Hallway of Doors.' Both houses have separate entrances and are locked.
The lock box for the Front House lives in the back of the house by this Hallway. Just walk down either side of the house to the grassed area. The landing is tucked in between both houses. This door to your right is your locked kitchen door.
In this grassed area are four Adirondack Chairs, a shared grill, and a small picnic table for the Middle and Front to share.
The Hallway is the second exit for the Middle, and we ask that you do not store anything in the walkway. Once you walk out of your kitchen door, to the left is the door to the outside shared space. To the left is a closet with tools for you to share. Walk through the next door, and you will find a utility closet on the right that we keep recycling in. The next door is the locked kitchen door of the Middle House.
The shelled driveway brings you to the parking spaces facing the fence. The Boat Barn is on the left of the driveway. It is a stand-alone House. ID# 3421106
The Front House has large windows with great light. The entrance is four steps to a landing with a beautiful black door. The steep center staircase separates two living rooms. Each has big seating arrangements for chatting, reading, and game playing, with comfortable seating arrangements. There is a queen master and a downstairs bathroom with a glassed-in shower. The full kitchen has a table that pulls out to seat four comfortably and a desk that looks toward one of the living rooms. This allows cooking, working, and chatting if you like. The steep center staircase has one railing and a reminder to Duck at the top of the stairs. The two bedrooms are large, and once in the room, both have a twin bed and nice closets. New England charm is kept through art, antiques, and the sea air. Pets would not enjoy this space, and we ask you to leave them safely home.
