Guests love staying here because it's incredibly convenient to get to downtown Austin, all the bars/restaurants on the East Side, and 10 minute walk from Rainey Street! But if the occasional urban quirks that come with being 5 minutes from downtown and make up the charm of the #KeepAustinWeird vibe are not your cup of tea, this may not be the best place for you.

Experience the comfort of a home with three bedrooms, offering a total of 9 beds, along with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and two bathrooms in the main house. Additionally, you can enjoy the delightful front patio or the spacious backyard, perfect for grilling and unwinding while indulging in delicious food and drinks.

Please note that the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are combined. Unlike traditional setups, these rooms are creatively designed without a physical wall separating them, offering a truly distinctive and flexible accommodation experience.

Our property also features a refreshing oasis provided by Delphina Pools. Dive into the crystal-clear waters and indulge in relaxation as you soak up the sun. Measuring 13ft x 6.5ft x 3.5ft, our pool offers the perfect spot for rejuvenation and fun during your stay. Experience the ultimate vacation retreat with our exclusive above-ground pool amenity.

We do not allow events in this house because we have a separate casita at the back that is rented out separately. However, if you are interested in having a bachelor/bachelorette at our property, we do offer a MEGA option that includes the casita. Please inquire for more information.
