Welcome to Jim's Hideaway, a secluded 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with stunning mountain views!  This pet friendly home is perfectly located in Penrose, NC, to be a home base for families and groups in the area to bike in Dupont State Forest, hike in Pisgah National Forest, or explore downtown Brevard.  After the adventures of the day, return to Jim's Hideaway to cook out on the gas grill and enjoy the mountain views from the open deck.

As guests arrive and reach the top of the driveway, parking for 3 cars is available in the driveway. The open concept living area has cozy seating, a television, and fantastic views of the mountains.  The dining table is complete with seating for 6.  The basic kitchen is complete with a standard coffee maker and is stocked with all the dishes, pots, and pans needed for your meals.

The primary bedroom is just off the kitchen and is home to a Queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a single sink and shower. The second bedroom is also located off the open living area and is home to 2 Twin-sized beds and another ensuite bathroom with single sink and shower/tub combo.

A full sized washer and dryer are located within the primary bedroom of the home.  The home also has ample storage for bikes, canoes, or kayaks in the lower level garage!

The outdoor space at Jim's Hideaway is hard to beat!  Enjoy your morning coffee from a chair on the deck or enjoy the mountain views while winding down from a day of hiking or biking in the forest.  Whatever your itinerary, this charming and comfortable home will be a great "home base" for your group.
