Whether you're looking to unwind by the poolside or embark on adventures, we have it all. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance to downtown with an array of dining options, this is a gem!

This is our family getaway for weeks at a time so we have everything that our family would want for a beach trip. The words "relax" and "making memories" is what our dream is for every guest.

Perfect Location
We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament nearby and not only was it close to the fields, it was close to everything fun in Cocoa Beach. We truly enjoyed the house, pool, hot tub and very quick walk to the beach. The property was clean and offered everything we could need. The property manager, Brian, was amazing and very quick to respond, which is overly helpful. We'd love to stay here again!

Absolutely perfect
Everything was as mentioned and we had an amazing time. Town close beaches close and stores. We wanted a place we didn't have to leave or go far if we wanted to. Was perfect 😁😊⛱️
