Beautiful VERY large home for a group or family. You will be looking down over the county, not just Franklin. Four bedrooms and two bath plus a balcony and hot tub.

Situated halfway between Franklin and Sylva (Dillsboro).

Paved to the door so 4 wheel drive is NOT required and if you are coming with motorcycles, what could be easier???

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The view was stunning. Wild life was a plus. This home felt like home. To many amenities to count. Was very impressed and will definitely be back to visit. Our vacation was relaxing, and memorable. Management was very kind and informative. Love, love, love this home.

Breathtakingly Beautiful!
We celebrated our 50th anniversary at Bella Vista, and it was absolutely perfect. We have been staying in rental properties all over the country for over 20 years, and this was by far our best experience yet. We hope to come back sometime soon!

A magical Mountain View!
