Blue/White weekend hidden gem
This home was perfect for our family during Blue/White weekend. So much better than a hotel room. Plenty of space and an easy drive to stadium. Can’t wait to go back and explore the restaurants around Bellefonte.

Wonderful place to stay in happy valley!!!
This house is perfect for a small group with children or all adults. The house is in a nice quiet rural neighborhood, plenty of large beds to accommodate everyone, very clean and all furnishings and rooms are well kept!! We were there for girls basketball championship and it was centrally located to both gyms as well as main campus! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town! It is also fairly priced, much nicer accommodations and cheaper than the hotels!

My fiancé and I are PSU alumni and purchased this house in August 2023 after moving back to our home town from Northern Virginia. We fully renovated it to be this modern Airbnb! We love getting to share this space with gusts coming to the area and getting to enjoy our home town.

Why they chose this property

I grew up on this street, and always wanted to move back with this convenient the location is! Being surrounded by the Appalachian mountain range and views of sunrise and sunset with a mix of isolation but convenience in this location! You are a short Uber to Downtown with access to the Spring Creek and the airport in minutes.

What makes this property unique

Newly renovated, surrounded by farmland but in 10 minutes you can be in State College or fly fishing in one of the most sought after fisherman’s attractions in the world in small town Central Pennsylvania! Ubers and taxis service this area to go downtown. The home is in the flight plan of both State College and Bellefonte airports to enjoy watching planes fly in and out. Visit nearby distilleries and breweries in downtown Bellefonte, or enjoy a quick trip onto campus.
