A 784 sq.ft. contemporary-style private cottage in the heart of So. Mt. Pleasant with on-site parking. Kitchen comes fully stocked and features a farmhouse porcelain sink with quartz countertops, stainless steel electric appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave. Private bedroom with King bed and bathroom separate from open kitchen and living room space. Living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa couch. Utility room houses the in-cottage washer/dryer unit, beach chairs & umbrella, beach toys, iron + ironing board and more!

5-10 minutes to: famous Shem Creek, Patriots Point and USS Yorktown, Mt. Pleasant Water Front Park, Remley’s Public Boat Launch

This cottage, its own separate private dwelling, resides on the back of the property with the owner’s residence on site if you ever need any help during your stay. NOTE: We do have very loving dogs. Please let us know if you’d like to interact with them during your stay or if you’d prefer they stay isolated in our dedicated gated pet run area.

Serenity in Mount Pleasant!
Perfectly located in Mount Pleasant! You are within 15 minutes of downtown Charleston, as well as Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms. Gas stations, grocery stores and endless food options are within minutes. The cottage was located at the back of the property and kept very clean and tidy. Our stay was quiet and so serene. We will definitely be returning to stay here again! Cannot recommend enough!

We have loving dogs and a toddler. In our spare time we enjoy being on the water, exploring our town & traveling!

Central location. Within 5 minutes to several grocery stores including Whole Foods, Publix & Trader Joes. 10 minute drive to downtown and 10-15 minutes to iconic Sullivans Island beach! Beautiful neighborhoods within walking distance including Olde Park and I’on.

Newly built private place well stocked with anything you’d need for a day at the beach (2 tommy banana backpack chairs + umbrella, beach towels).
