My name is Zach and I'm a fun loving person with a passion for travel. I grew up in Massachusetts and attended college at WPI (Worcester Polytechnic Institute). I relocated to Florida during the pandemic and completely fell in love with the warm sunny weather and friendly people here! Over the years I've owned and managed several long-term rental properties and even operated a car rental business, but I've always been excited about the idea of having short-term rentals as well. Right now I live in Fort Lauderdale only a short drive away from the short term rentals that I have on Vrbo.

This neighborhood is in a great spot in Fort Lauderdale right on the beach. It's a quiet residential community located only a couple of blocks off of the water, so close that you can smell the salt air! At the same time, there are many resorts, shops, and restaurants within a very short distance. This area will really make you feel like you are having a wonderful beach vacation.

This house is lovely because not only is it located so close to the beach, but it also has a large pool and is extremely spacious! So whether you are interested in spending all day at the beach, lounging by the pool, or even just relaxing at home and enjoying the house, you will have so many options here!
