Live like a local at this whimsical Beach House on Tybee Island. It is only one block to the Atlantic Ocean, has amazing outdoor spaces, and hears the waves crashing at night - True Tybee living at its finest!

Park your cars, unpack, and unwind - You'll never want to leave! This slice of heaven features all of the conveniences one could wish for in a beach house. By entering on the first floor, you'll find the stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, hand laid brick flooring, and a spacious den perfect for gathering while preparing home-cooked meals. Upstairs, the airy living space offers an ample amount of comfortable seating for your entire party, with a sunroom attached. Just off of this space, you'll find 2 large bedrooms with beautiful barn doors, and vaulted ceilings.

This home truly highlights indoor/outdoor living, as you will be in heaven with all the great outdoor spaces! On the second floor enjoy the large deck with lounge chairs to soak up the sun and enjoy ocean breezes. Listen to the ocean waves crashing from the screened porch while relaxing on the wrap around couch. Downstairs, there guests can take advantage of the covered porch with grill, dining table, outdoor bar and swings. After arriving home from the beach, take use of the outdoor shower and rinse off before heading inside. The fully fenced yard is beautifully landscaped with a newly renovated heated private pool area, and is truly perfect for families with young children.

Tybee Island is a bustling spot for vacationers and locals alike, with several dining and shopping attractions. We recommend starting your day with an omelette from The Breakfast Club. For lunch, wash down a plate of fish and chips with an ice cold mojito at The Deck Bar. Before leaving town, be sure to grab a few mementos to remember the island at Seaside Sisters. You'll find a collection of tiny beach shops nearby.

Tybee Beach
Weather was a little cool - back bedroom a little chilly but overall cute eclectic place to stay while at Tybee Beach. Many porches and outdoor space to use. Pool is heated so a bonus to use even on colder days. Kitchen a little tight but options to eat out - right next door to be exact. No shortage of books to read in the house for all ages. Wonderful time spent here during our holiday.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, amazing outdoor space, kitchen right off of the patio was so convenient. We left painted shells by the tree and hope others follow our lead! Pool was clean and heated. Fridge was set to low and took 24 hours to cool off. Would recommend decreasing the temperature a day before guests arrive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time in Tybee and the house was the perfect setting for it. My wife and I have 2 kids (8 and 5) and when we go to the beach we like to be outside. The house has tons of great outdoor spaces including the pool. It's also a short walk across the street to the beach and in walking distance of several restaurants. The kitchen is small but functional and served it's purpose for us.

A Great Place To Stay
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in this rental since we enjoyed it so much the first time we visited. There is ample indoor and outdoor space. The house is clean and welcoming. One of the only issues from our first visit - bright security lights shining in the bedroom - was corrected with dark curtains on the windows. There are a variety of outdoor seating areas so everyone can find something that appeals to them. The only issue that we had with our visit this time is that the pool wasn't heated. We stayed the exact same week in October 2022 and the pool was heated for our stay. We didn't realize it wouldn't be heated when we booked this time. It was a HUGE let down as the water was too cold to swim, which made the pool a beautiful, but unusable amenity.

Cottage was great. Lots of quirky things to see inside, which we love. Pool was pretty dirty however, and the net left to clean it out was full of holes.
