A private bedroom in a clean, safe, quiet shared home with everything needed to be comfortable, smart TV, bed, Small fridge, microvawe, desk, but more importantly dedicated full bathroom (NOT SHARED).

Guests also have access to, washer and dryer, also access to backyard seating area with shade.

We are close to shopping centers, malls, large companies like Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin, AV college, Kaiser Hospital and other areas of interest.
