About this property

We welcome you to Sugar Beach 325.

We welcome you to Sugar Beach 325.  This comfortable 1 bedroom/ 2 bath unit is located beachside on the 3rd floor with in-direct beach views from your balcony and only steps away from the beach at your front door.

The first level of the unit features your main living area including a queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, a stackable washer/dryer, and the first of 2 full bathrooms.  Upstairs there is a roomy bedroom with a king bed and your second full bathroom with a closet.

Sugar Beach is all about the amenities and that starts with boardwalk access to the Sugar white sand beaches of Orange Beach.  There is plenty of room to play in the surf or lounge on the beach.  Bring your chairs and umbrella or rent them on-site.  Enjoy any of the 3 pools on the property plus a kiddie pool for the little ones.  We have tennis and shuffleboard as well as a BBQ area with several grills.  Last of all, everyone knows about the Sugar Shack poolside, snack bar with endless drink choices and snacks.  The Sugar Shack is open most days between Memorial Day and Labor Day and then at posted times the remainder of the year. You are a short drive to many of the most popular restaurants and shops in both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.  Water Parks, Golf Courses, the Gulf Coast Zoo and Outlet Malls are all within 15 minutes of Sugar Beach. We look forward to your upcoming stay!

Good little rental, a few things coulkd be addressed like the bar in the upstairs bathroom shower being broken. The TV mounts could be replaced as there was no way to swivel or connect our roku.
