Charming Cottage with Balcony Views

This 4 bedroom cottage is cute, cozy and centrally located - just 300 yards away from Cape Cod Bay and only 2.5 miles to the center of Wellfleet. The kitchen, dining and living areas offer room to relax and the four bedrooms (2 with queen sized beds, 1 with a full sized bed and 1 with 2 twin sized beds) offer plenty of privacy and comfort. One of the bedrooms even has a door to the upper balcony with beautiful water views of Indian Neck. With added amenities such as WIFI, flat screen TV with HD cable service, Blue Ray player, unlimited national calling, gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower, this cottage is a favorite! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Great beach cottage
House had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. Great outdoor space and a short walk to a beautiful bay beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location. The entire backyard is overlooked by the house next door with many people walking across the front throughout the day so if you're looking for privacy, this isn't the place. The A/C units were unkept. One smelled like mold, the other was so noisy the room was not a sleeping place. The washer rust stained my towels.
