The bedding is a King bed and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.962% state taxes added to all rates.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):**
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):**
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

The Golf Villa pools are open to Owners and Guests of The Golf Villas only, no off-site guests at this time until further notice.
