About this property

Large Executive lakefront Home- Hot Tub

Beautiful lakefront home 4 bedrooms 2 baths , Jacuzzi tub games room and huge sun deck. Games room has a pool table, foos ball and ping ping for added fun.

Home is situated on the beach with shallow sandy walk out waters edge.
Included with rental is use of canoes , paddle boat, and row boat.
Linens are NOT supplied , for a FEE they can be supplied, pre booking required.
Winter we offer free use of snow shoes and x country skis along with toboggans for the little hill we have on the lane-way. build a ice rink the lake is frozen
Included are BBQ with propane. We suggest you bring a few lawn chairs our Deck chairs do NOT go to the fire pit on the waters edge, we supply a picnic table only. NO PETS UNLESS APPROVED
Hot Tub is located in an outbuilding and must be pre approved for use. A fee applies at $15.00 PP and booking times are required. Please note Hot Tub request at time of reservation and number of persons. Children under 8 yr age are not allowed in Hot Tub.

We had a peaceful great time, everything was well kept and beautiful area. You do have to share the canoes/water crafts with the Neighbor’s. But they were nice

We choose to be in the near north Muskoka North for many reason. Quiet sunsets and great fishing along with many other outdoor activities

We are a small family property with an exceptional water front safe for children with the entire shoreline being sand and a huge community dock .
