This Diplomat unit is located on the first floor which is great if you are looking to avoid stairs. The complex has a heated pool, clubhouse, tennis, shuffleboard, bocce` ball, grilling area and a private beach access for your use.

The condo is tastefully decorated and located near the middle of Cocoa Beach. Just steps from shopping and restaurants or stroll down the beach to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. It is equipped with everything you need during your stay including wireless internet and cable tv for your convenience. Located within an hour of central Florida's popular attractions such as Disney World, Epcot, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Sea World and Kennedy Space Center. Time your stay with us to watch a launch right from the beach, kayak next to dolphins and manatees on the Banana River or spend a day or night on a casino cruise at Port Canaveral.

The outside of the building is a little less shiny than the buildings around it, but the inside didn’t disappoint. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to private beach. Pool nice.

The property fulfilled all our needs for the price. However, looking at all the online information it really didn't match up. Beachfront to me is not two blocks away from the beachfront....we were in building #220. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time and my grandchildren got to experience the ocean. Thank you!!

The condo provided a great place for our family beach vacation. It was clean, functional and provided everything we needed. First floor access was helpful with stroller. It was a quick 200 yd walk to the ocean!
