This deluxe condo is located on the south end of Tybee Island and is only steps away from all the action on Tybee's South Beach, the Tybee Pier and Pavilion, shops and restaurants. Deluxe features include granite counter tops, stainless appliances, glass top range, hardwood and carpeted floors. Enjoy your Tybee vacation in this great unit.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Just a couple blocks to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, and convenience stores. Overall, we enjoyed out stay!

Perfect Location
Only time we got in the car was to go to the grocery story. This place is definitely a eat, relax, shop, and beach location. There were some appliance issues with the washer/ dryer and pull out bed we’re broke. Those were some essentials I needed for this trip so I took a star. Other than that it was nice!
