Our home is a corner unit on the second floor right next to the elevator. Located close to the tennis courts, pool and beach. You will be impressed with the homelike appeal and it's simplicity. The atmosphere in our Key Largo home is relaxing and welcoming. It being a corner unit, our home is filled with lots of natural light. Simply decorated in a beach theme in tones of blues, green and yellow.

The master bedroom has a spacious private full size bathroom with double sinks and a large shower. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. It has many cabinets and drawers for storage. With a king size bed and a 42 inch TV, you are sure to lay back and relax. From the sliding door in the master bedroom, you can walk out to the screened balcony and enjoy the view of the Florida Bay. The sunsets are remarkable!

The second bedroom has a full size and twin size bed. The closet is wall to wall so there is abundant space for storage. It also has a TV and a sliding door to step out to the balcony.

The third bedroom has two sets of sturdy twin size bunk beds and ample closet space. It too has a TV.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower and single sink with cabinet with ample space to move around in.

The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you'll need for that delicious meal!

The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 3.

In the living room area we have a sofa, love seat and an extra large chair with ottoman. It has a 50 inch TV. The view of the Florida Bay and Buttonwood Bay's waterway is visible from anywhere in the living room. You can pass time by sitting on the couch and watching the boats go by. It has 3 large sliding doors that lead out to the balcony.

The balcony is completely screened in and covers our home from one end to the other. It has 3 ceiling fans and ample lighting. The views are amazing! You can feel the breeze coming thru and smell the water. Lookout for the manatees, tarpon and dolphins that frequent our waterways... you can see them right from our balcony. We love to sit in the balcony watching the water and sipping our coffee.

Our home is Wi-Fi compatible.

Our home is a located adjacent from the coral rock boat dock and a few steps to the Florida bay.
