Beautiful 2-family house "Am Rotenberg", renovated in 2020, surrounded by meadows and fields. 3.5 km from the centre of Detmold, on the outskirts, 31 km from the centre of Paderborn, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: garden with lawn for sunbathing 400 m2. In the house: fitness room, storage room for bicycles, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Stepped path (7 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 750 m, bus stop 700 m, railway station "Detmold" 3.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 3.2 km, indoor swimming pool 3.9 km. Erholung pur
Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, eine absolute Ruhe-Oase. Die Wohnung war schön groß und hatte alles was man braucht auch sehr schöne sitzmöglichkeiten im Haus, wie auch draußen im Garten. Beides mit tollem Ausblick in die Natur, incl. Tiere wie Rehe, Schafe, Pferde. Für mich ein Highlight die jungen Turmfalken. Mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein Restaurant mit Kegelbahn war auch fußläufig erreichbar. Essen war sehr lecker. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Grosszügige Wohnung im Grünen
Eine ruhig gelegene Wohnung, sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Große Wohnung kompl. Ausstattung
Die Wohnung ist großzügig und vollständig ausgestattet danke an die sehr freundliche Vermieterin. In dem große Garten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und in der schönen Umgebung sind wir gewandert und Rad gefahren. Im nahen Detmold konnten wir bummeln, Gaststätte und Theater besuchen.
