PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Featuring a balcony stretching across the living room and primary bedroom with tropical views of the resort's luscious landscaping and the award-winning Eagle Beach, just a few steps away. The balcony is complete with comfortable furniture to enjoy the Aruban weather any time of day and spectacular sunsets.

The spacious, open plan living area comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and a large center island with 4-barstools. The living area boasts a 5-seat corner sectional sofa, an armchair, a chair with an ottoman, a 55" Smart TV (Netflix enabled), a 6-seat dining table and access to the balcony with stunning views. The hallway lends access to a half-bathroom and laundry room with a washer and dryer. The blue and green decorations against the neutral modern furnishings in the living area are a seamless reflection of the sea and sands that await outside.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a 32" TV, a walk-in closet, an armchair and access to the balcony with stunning views. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a 2-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and unwind during your stay. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet and a full modern en-suite bathroom. And the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet and a full modern en-suite bathroom.

This unit provides you with 2,120 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited high speed WiFi (LeVent Aruba is the first resort on the island to have high speed fiber optic cabling), cable TV and four flat screen TV's (in the living room and each bedroom). THE RESORT
LeVent Beach Resort Aruba offers a swimming pool, a separate large hot tub, a shallow pool area for the kids, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills with an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent special desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
