PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The picturesque views of white sand and turquoise waters are only one of Chic View Penthouse Three-bedroom condo's many charms. This sophisticated vacation rental penthouse located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, offers you enchanting views of the Caribbean Sea, elegant living areas, a spacious private rooftop, and a great location only minutes from the world-famous Eagle Beach.

The spacious private rooftop features two seating areas, loungers in the sun, a dining table, and an outdoor kitchen with a sink, a cooking plate plus a wine fridge. NOTE: The grill is no longer available on the property. However, we do rent out grills, inquire for more information! There is plenty of sunshine to soak up during the day, in the evening enjoy stunning sunsets, or linger on the rooftop for a little stargazing at night. The stunning views continue on the balcony that stretches across the living room and both bedrooms with a wall of sliding glass doors to enjoy the beach scenery. Bring up to six friends or family members for a memorable holiday.

The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a large 3-seat sofa with a chaise, a sound system for your entertainment, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 6-barstools. The entrance has a spiraling staircase to the rooftop and the laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a large TV, a walk-in closet, and access to the balcony. The primary bedroom has a modern en suite bathroom with a 2-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and calm down during your stay. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a built-in closet, access to the balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. And the third bedroom has also a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with 2,000 square feet of living space and about 1,900 square feet of outdoor space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, and three cable TVs (in the living room, primary, and third bedroom). This unit is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the sixth floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds.

THE RESORT
LeVent Beach Resort Aruba offers a swimming pool, a separate large hot tub, a shallow pool area for the kids, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills with an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent special desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

Great Except for one MAJOR Problem
I would have given this property 5 stars if not for one MAJOR problem. On our first full day in the unit, we came back from the pool around 4:00 pm and had no running water at all. We were told that this would be temporary and that there was not enough water pressure at certain times of the day to get the water up to the 6th floor. The 6th floor was the only floor without water. We had dinner reservations and all wanted to shower. My wife and daughter ended up showering in their bathing suits at the outside showers in the pool area. The water eventually came back on around 6:30 pm with very low pressure. The following morning we had no water at all until after 1:00 pm. We could not brush our teeth, flush the toilet, make coffee, shower, etc. After much discussion with the Prestige agents, they were able to move us to a smaller unit on the 4th floor. Instead of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we were in a 2 bedroom unit with no rooftop patio. We were refunded the cost difference between the two units. This unit should not be on the market to be rented until the water issue is corrected. We were told a new water pump was being ordered. The owners put the Prestige team in a very difficult spot. Carlotta was wonderful and helped us move to the unit on the 4th floor. I should also mention Geraldine who was really helpful answering my questions before our visit and coordinating a rental car for us. Overall, LeVent is a great property in a great location.

Chic Penthouse
Clean, great view, spacious bedrooms, nice terrace and rooftop, nice kitchen. It was also nice that they had beach gear for 6 people. Walkable to nice restaurants. We had a great time.

Great stay
Checkin was a breeze as was checkout. The location is great. Very short walk to beach. The condo was very clean and the view was amazing. The top deck was amazing to watch the sunsets however some people may find the spiral stairs a bit treacherous. For those scared to go up and down the spiral stairs you can go to public elevator and get there! The only thing we found disappointing was that the grill pictured in the pictures was not there. There was not a grill on top deck although there was a public one by the pool. All in all it was a great stay and we would definitely go back. LeVent condos is a great condo and this particular unit is amazing for the views.

Great Location
The property is a great location and the views are amazing. The only issues were the property needs a few maintenance issues addressed and also some better thorough cleaning. It didn't negatively impact the stay and truly was a great vacation!

6 of us (3 couples) travel every summer while our kids are at sleepaway camp. We chose Aruba this year because wanted an easy beach trip with a few excursions. The condo at LeVent was the perfect accommodation. We loved the space and especially the view from the 6th floor and the rooftop patio where we watched sunset most nights before heading out to dinner. The condo was clean, updated renovations and had a very well-stocked kitchen. The pool area is lovely and was never too crowded. The beach is a simple, quick walk and was great to have the backpack chairs provided for us. The staff was super friendly and helped with any request or question we had. We did decide to rent a car because wanted to eat and shop around in other areas of the island without having to pay for cabs each time. We learned van cabs are only allowed to take 5 people....a strange law. So think about a rental if want to explore other areas. We loved that the Condo building wasn't opened to the public....only renters or owners can access the pool. One thing to be aware, when the Cruise ships are in port, they bus people to Eagle Beach for the day so gets crowded when there....if want shade, claim your spot early those days.
