Welcome to your home away from home! Sweet Caroline is the perfect 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom (plus outdoor shower) home for your family to come back to after a full day in the sun.

The location is a dream, especially to those families with young children or older family members. In less than 5 minutes, you are able to walk to the brand new Bonnett Street beach access, Tortugas Lie, Morningview Coffee Shop, Galaxy Golf - Mini Golf, Waveriders Deli, Coffee + Pub, Dowdy Park/Playground + The Spot Ice Cream, just to name a few!

The Bonnett Street bathhouse/access is a rare find in the Outer Banks. It is fully equipped with restrooms, showers, handicapped accessible and mostly importantly, a lifeguard!

Only a block away from the NEW Dowdy Park! There is a great playground for kids as well as summer concerts at the band stand!

Sweet Time at Sweet Caroline
This property is about as perfect as any rental can be. It has all of the necessary elements in order to operate fully and relax wonderfully. It has a good amount of living space, a wonderful amount of deck space, a nice sized living space, fully stocked kitchen, great bathroom/shower space, suitable laundry facilities, amazing proximity to the pristinely clean and beautiful beach (literally a 5 min walk) and walking distance to Tortuga’s Lie, a great local restaurant w fantastic food and the hot tub was such a welcome element each and every night. Amanda is extremely service-oriented and looks after her guests extremely well. This is a magnificent place to stay. We will return again!

Beautiful House.
The house was sooo clean and so organized. Felt like home. Walking distance to the beach. Quite neighborhood. Exactly what we were looking for us and our dogs. First time in the outerbanks. Communication with Amanda was great. We definitely will stay again. Thank you!!!

Amazing house and great location!
Our family had such a wonderful stay for spring break at Sweet Caroline. The house was extremely clean and organized including a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The outdoor shower was great for after the beach. The house is within walking distance of shops, a great coffee shop and our kids loved Dowdy Park. We would hands down stay here again!

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate and exceeded our expectations! Kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils etc. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Very open floor plan on main level with high ceilings made it feel very spacious! My family had a very relaxing time here ( pups included) and will certainly be back.
