This renovated apartment is on the second floor of a 2 unit home in Manchesters North-end. Spacious 2 bedroom, 1,200 sq ft, original hardwood floors, claw foot tub/shower and lots of 1920s charm. Kitchen has updated appliances, complete with gas stove. Cooking basics have been provided as well as coffee/tea bar and dishwasher located in the original kitchen pantry. Living room features a 50 inch TV, cable and secured wireless internet. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The front porch on the second floor has patio seating for 4 guest. It is self check in ideal for the business/late night check in travelers. Key code will be given after booking.

Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to Derryfield Park where you can enjoy a view of the city from the gazebo or top of the hill yet just a 5 minute Uber to downtown restaurants.

Conveniently located off of RT 93, 293, Rt 101, and 10 minutes away from the Manchester Boston Regional Airport (MHT). We are 50 miles from Boston, half hour from Hampton Beach, about an hour to the White Mountains for skiing, hiking and fall foliage, only 45 minutes to the Lakes Region.

Excellent stay!
The apartment was clean, quaint, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We rented for an entire month during renovations at our home, and couldn’t have had a better experience. The street and neighborhood was very quiet. Amy was always responsive and very prompt. Would highly recommend!

Our business had work in the area and used the house rather than a hotel. Much more comfortable.
Amy was very attentive and always quick to respond. House was near points of interest, places to walk and eat. Plus a local deli just up the street was great.

Clean, convenient, plenty of room & nice owner.
Amy's place is very clean and has lots of space and areas to sit and talk or relax and read. It's in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from the highway and 20 from the airport. Easy to get to. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fine for cooking - we didn't due to our short stay - with plenty of cutting boards, a gas stove, etc. There is Twining tea and bottled water available on arrival. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area. Amy is a great host.

Great location if you’re in town for business and you’re looking for something different from the downtown hotel and conference center. It’s a great central location for planned day trips through out NH, Maine and Boston Ma.
