Spacious and quiet one bedroom private apartment with a kitchen and bathroom in Manchester's beautiful North End. Includes a comfy memory foam queen bed, futon, and a 32-inch flatscreen TV with an Amazon Fire Stick equipped. A washer and dryer are included in the apartment and free for guests to use (equipped with detergent and dryer sheets). Lots of closet & dresser space for short or long stays! Easy driveway and street parking and a private entrance only a few steps from your car.

For early mornings - grab a cup of coffee or tea at your personal coffee station! Equipped with K-Cups and assorted tea. Kitchen also includes a full size fridge, a full range and oven, and an instant pot - along with all the cooking supplies (cookware, glassware, and utensils) you'll need to whip up a home cooked meal.

And if you're a hooper, feel free to get a few shots up on our basketball hoop in the driveway!

Walking distance to Livingston Park which has hiking, sports fields, and Dorrs Pond. Fishing in the summer! Ice skating in the winter! 5 minute drive to Elm and Hanover St. which boast an excellent selection of tasty restaurants and fun bars. Ask us for recommendations!

Under 1 mile from the highway, we are within an hour of the New Hampshire's White Mountains for unbeatable views all year long. Come check out the spectacular foliage right now! 10 minute drive to Lake Massabesic for more fishing and great kayaking.

Hi! We're Mike and Amelia. We live upstairs with our two goofy dogs, Penny and Emma, and our lovable but sometimes grouchy cat, Luna! Mike is a high school basketball coach and health care public policy professional and Amelia is going to medical school.

We try to get outside as much as possible! Hiking the Whites, going to the beach, or paddling around all the lakes and rivers nearby. We have a fleet of single and double kayaks that you are welcome to use, along with the basketball hoop outside!
