As soon as you walk into this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double storey, holiday rental, you can immediately tell that the owner has put a lot of effort into preparing this house for your comfort.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, (2 x Queen and 2 single beds) bathroom and kids living area. Upstairs offers the master bedroom with ensuite, a spacious open living, dining and kitchen which open onto a large balcony with BBQ.

The kitchen is modern and well stocked with an electric cook top, underbench oven,dishwasher and microwave.

Linen:

Linen supplied and beds made.

Cleaning:

Cleaning is included in the tariff at this property.

Pets Allowed -however no more than two (2) dogs on any property. Fully fenced back yard.

Samarinda green, complete with koalas
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay in Samarinda Green. My parents and our children stayed in the rooms downstairs and had plenty of space, while we had the main bedroom with ensuite and enjoyed meals upstairs.The house is very open and light filled, with greenery out every window. Across the road is a reserves where there are koalas, roos and curlews.The house is managed well and I would like to mention the wonderful cleaners, who let us know when something of value was left behind at the house.The water pressure was low for showers, which is the only aspect that could do with attention.Value for money and fantastic location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well located for walking to Deadman’s Beach and Point Lookout, Samarinda Green was the perfect holiday home to return to. Cool and comfortable, spacious deck and internal living areas provided the ingredients for a very relaxing holiday. Kangaroos across the road in the mornings, curlews wandering through and a green tree frog on the deck. We were happy to have a safe spot there so our Golden Retriever could be part of the trip also.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great place to stay, great location, walking distance to everything! Cafe beaches, gorge walk. The 2 levels were great as we shared the space with friends and it was great having the space downstairs for chill time and watching tv when others were cooking upstairs. Would definitely rent again. Beds and sheets high quality, apart from the 2 single beds which were very squeaky.

Lots of cobwebs around upper windows and dirty fly screen doors looks like it’s been there a while could have been cleaned. But we had a great stay would definitely come back 😊
