About this property

Exclusive, sunny & private home near Lake Taupo

This architecturally designed 5 bedroom home is located 400m from the lakefront, and a short 1.5km walk or bike beside the lake to town.
Set amongst a private garden, this breath taking home provides multiple outdoor options for your dining and leisure.

Whether you are a large family, 2 families or couples, the 2 lounge + dining area allows enough space to ensure everyone can hide away for some quiet time.

A modern family sized kitchen with all you need is available, + 2 modern bathrooms.

3 bedrooms are set for couples, and 2 have 2 x singles.

For larger groups, a commercial fold out bed can be provided in the playroom or kids themed room

The house has a beautiful garden area, with weber BBQ. An outdoor fireplace has recently been installed. Please note this is 'bring your own wood', or you can purchase from the property at $30 per night additional to nightly VRBO rate.

In winter the home has central heating and 2 fireplaces (one wood, one gas) and is extremely warm. Firewood is provided for the indoor fire.

Indoor and outdoor tables can comfortably seat 10-12 people.

A second lounge/playroom has additional TV, and toys/book for children.

The main TV has SKY sports and Netflix, playroom TV has Netflix.

A fantastic property for 2 or more families, and also very well suited to a group of couples or individuals.

Fabulous Spacious & Private
We loved our stay! Large private home, perfect for an extended family/group, with lots of different spaces for relaxing. Great outside entertainment area, good central heating, and everything you need to cater for a group. Fully fenced so perfect for the doggos. Good off street parking. Highly recommend. Would love to return again.

We loved staying at this property, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. The outdoor fire was excellent for roasting marshmallows and the added bonus was , Murphy dog could stay too. Highly recommend this house.

Great property for proximity to town and the lake, big enough to fit two families comfortably, we only had one but have our teenagers the space they needed. Also, nice that we could take the dogs
