In a very quiet complex of seven terraced houses located in the hamlet of Baia Caddinas in the municipality of Golfo Aranci, located 50 meters from the nearest beach, with the possibility of reaching several equipped beaches within easy walking distance.
Apartment consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 external toilet service, kitchen with hob, electric oven and washing machine. Large living room with sofa bed which gives access to a very spacious shaded veranda overlooking the luxuriant and large communal garden.

Per fortuna la Sardegna si distingue ma nn per gli alloggi
Non abbiamo potuto usare la lavatrice perché perdeva acqua ovunque ed era senza coperchio superiore e di conseguenza abbiamo preso la scossa 2 volte (direi molto pericoloso dato che è situata nei pressi di un lavandino) La proprietaria nn l’abbiamo mai vista ne alla consegna delle chiavi nel al check out ed ora pretende un risarcimento per delle sdraio vecchie tral altro marce e già rotte Le chiavi di casa sono le chiavi delle tapparelle in legno sul retro quindi a casa nn si può lasciare nulla incustodito, Perfortuna la Sardegna si distingue ma non per questi alloggi !

Super schöne Wohnung an bester Lage
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft und ist sehr kunstvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt nur 100 m von einem kleinen, herzigen Strand entfernt und nur 400m von den grossen Stränden (wer etwas mehr Betrieb will) weg. Für eine 4-köpfige Familie hat die Wohnung genau die richtige Grösse und verspricht ein Strandleben mit allen Vorzügen einer nahen Unterkunft (Duschen, Schatten, kühle Snacks).. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Das Haus war alles in allem gut und sauber. Der Check in lief kontaktlos ab,Schlüssel wurde an vorgegebenem Ort hinterlegt. Haus war sauber,Waschmaschine,Dusche Terrasse, alles gut! Leider kein wlan und Klimaanlage. Kein deutsches Fernsehen,was ab und zu mal cool gewesen wäre aber geschadet hat es nicht. Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand ( 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Einkauf in unmittelbarer nähe.alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub!

Villetta molto ben curata e in una posizione ideale
Siamo stati benissimo. La casa e’ spaziosa quanto basta e il patio e’ davvero conveniente per rilassarsi e cenare al fresco. Vicinissima ad un paio di spiagge raggiungibili a piedi e a 5 - 10 minuti di auto da altre bellissime.
