The beautiful condominiums offers all of the comfort and amenities needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation in Puerto Vallarta, one of Mexico's premier destinations. Whether you are here to enjoy a long weekend or spend a month, our condo is the perfect home away from home for you and your family/friends.

The condominium is fully furnished in a sophisticated and contemporary style with modern Mexican touches of color and original artwork. The condo eatures fully equipped custom designed kitchens with modern appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), granite counter tops, breakfast bar with seating for four, and private terrace.

One spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, flat Smart Screen TV, ensuite marble bathroom. Living room with a nice sofa couch for 3 plus another single one, flat screen TV, Step out terrace with new teak furniture 4 chairs, Linens/sheets and towels are very good quality. Second smaller bedroom, very nice and cozy with a Full Size bed and it's own bathroom. Included all utilities (water, TV cable, WiFi, power and gas) .an have a very fast and effective WIFI, Each unit has its own washer ^ dryer, and a hairdryer.

Our building The Park is centrally located in old Vallarta, also known as Zona Romantica or Los Muertos beach. Great area with great restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, groceries and the beach just steps away. Building has one of the best rooftop pool decks in all of Puerto Vallarta with great views of the ocean, the mountains and downtown. Secured entrance to the building 24/7.

Stay with us and you will be booking through bicultural locals with a hospitality background. This is not a rental agency, third parties and hidden fees.

Amazing Condo
If I could have given 20 stars I would have! I have never ever stayed in such a clean condo in Puerto Vallarta! Location is perfect. Owner was wonderful to deal with and the building staff were so helpful and friendly. Loved this place and will definitely be back. Thank you Jules!

Difficult to enjoy the stay - construction noise is exteeme
Property owner should make it know that it is impossible to enjoy the outside spaces including the roof top pool during the day, week days and some Saturdays re extreme construction noise. Property / condo amenities are the worse we have ever experienced: no spices or soaps in the kitchen; no soaps for laundry; even very little toilet paper; nothing to use at the beach. Very basic rental. You are on your own for everything. Other rentals in Mexico, Hawaii, Central America had much more set up and available so all you have to do is get groceries. Difficult to really get the most out of the area when you have to go buy everything then leave behind with someone else, a local, etc. Also had to leave every day to enjoy the day re noise - added a lot to the cost of this trip.

Basic unit in a great location in the Romantic Zone. Building staff was very friendly and helpful!
Being in this clean, well kept building, with a most hospitable staff which is close to restaurants, the Malacon, and city shops and sites was great. Would recommend checking on the status of the construction going on next door before booking in the near future.
