Bella Vista Cottage, in historic Fredericksburg, is a bed and breakfast set on 55 acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country. The Cottage was designed and built by the owners . The 2,000 square foot cottage is meant to be a weekend getaway home to relax and unwind from the hectic stress of city life. The exterior design of Bella Vista contains architectural elements of the local German farmhouses found throughout the Texas Hill Country, Victorian-style cottages and American Prairie architecture melded into a unique, inviting, and modern approach. Native Texas landscaping encompasses the house along with a Buffalo turf grass lawn and hundreds of Live Oak trees adorn the property enhancing the feeling of truly being immersed in the Hill Country.
