Modern Kiwi Bach with own access to Estuary

This sunny & bright well-equipped modern Bach is nestled down a quiet cul-de-sac with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & its very own private access to the estuary. Perfect for making the most of Pauanui’s beautiful waters.

The relaxed open plan living/kitchen/dining area offers very generous spaces & modern conveniences, including a Smart TV, Wifi, & a Heat Pump.

The first bedroom is a generously sized ‘bunk room’ consisting of 3 sets of bunks (6 beds) with its own ensuite. There are two other good sized bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, the other with a King bed. There is also a separate toilet, bathroom with a bath and shower, & a laundry with external access.

Both the northern and southern ranch sliders open right out onto sunny, spacious deck areas, for entertaining or just soaking in the Pauanui atmosphere & enjoying the sun.

There is a kayak, 2 paddle boards, & 2 body boards for you to use & enjoy.

There is also an outdoor hot shower to wash away the sand after your beach activities.

The local shops, restaurants, skate park, playgrounds, & Golf course are all within walking distance of the Bach.

Pauanui Oasis
Highly recommend this beautiful holiday home. It was even more awesome than we expected. Very spacious, clean, fully equiped kitchen and lovely, warm hosts who made the stay even more enjoyable with their efforts to make sure we were comfortable. The location is perfect, having walking access from the property to an estuary. We will definitely plan other holiday here with the family :-) Thanks so muck Kelly!
