Welcome! Join us in our Newly built luxury 5 King bedroom suite/5.5bath all wood cabin (over 4000 sq.ft indoor living and additional 1500 sq.ft outdoor patio/deck)! 6+ parking spaces. This well decorated cabin with everything brand new has every amenity you could ask for. Enjoy the game/poker/arcade/shuffleboard/theater room, hottub, multiple huge decks and balconies. The gourmet kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks and tons of prep space. Perfect location just 3 minutes from the parkway, and very close to all the attractions, restaurants, entertainment and excitement of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, and a short drive to the National Park too!!

The Space:
BRAND NEW 5 BR CABIN!!! This is PERFECTLY located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, nestled in a neighborhood with all the high end cabins.

Main floor: living room, dining room, master king bedroom with full bathroom, half bathroom, sofa bed (for 2 sleepers)
Upper floor: 2 king bedroom with full bathroom, futon (for 2 sleepers), loft poker area, private balconies
Lower floor: 2 King bedroom with full bathroom, game room, theater, sitting area, laundry room

Cleanliness is of paramount importance for our guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay and the handyman is on call 24/7 should any issue arise.

Hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest stay

Wifi, TV Cable is included

In-unit washer/dryer are complementary

Hand soap and toilet paper are provided. Please bring your own toiletries

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans but please bring your own food, condiments, cooking oils, plastic wrap, ziplock bags etc.

Coffee maker is provided but bring your own coffee

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The cabin is equipped with an Exterior Security Camera for Guest Safety and cabin security.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

Please note our cleaning fee is for general cleaning, trash removal and laundry. If add the items i have above, we may charge an additional cleaning fee depending on severity

Beautiful cabin
We love this location, it is so centrally located. The cabin is well appointed and furnished. Written instructions for the TV system would have been helpful but we loved the layout.

60th Anniversary/Family Vacation
This very well equipped luxury cabin easily accommodated our family of thirteen people. It is spacious with all of the conveniences of home. Then add on the hot tub, game room, theater room, and card table w/games. We especially loved the large kitchen with two large refrigerators, two dishwashers and a lot of countertop space. The large dining table worked out great for our family meals together, as well as our evening card games. The large and cozy living room had plenty of chairs and couches, large screen TV and beautiful fireplace. Every bedroom had their own access to one of the three balconies. Everyone of our 13 family members commented on what a wonderful place we decided on to spend a week together, honoring our parents and grandparents for their 60th wedding anniversary. Our week flew by quickly as we stayed busy enjoying the many activities in the Smokies. We did a 3 hour Jeep Tour, the Titanic, The Island, Hatfield & McCoy dinner show, went hiking, Tuckaleechee Caverns, Cades Cove, Clingman's Dome, Putt-Putt, Bowling at the Pigeon Forge Community Center, The Old Mill (The Old Mill Creamery has the best ice cream). We went there three times. LOL! This week our family shared many memories from the past, while making new ones at the same time. Our parents were so thankful for all the planning and sacrifices that were made by each of us, as we all traveled from different parts of the US. We are thankful and blessed that we could embrace this wonderful time together.

LSU Gathering For National Championship Baseball Game
We arrive on around 5 PM Sunday, June 25, 2023. The first thing we immediately turn the TV on to begin watching the semi championship game between LSU versus Florida. We were never able to see this game, first bus because that user name for streaming was incorrect, and we did not find out until Wednesday morning, so frustrating invited friends over to watch the game. We end up just hearing the game a total disappointment. I called the office to ask Matt to send someone out where we would miss Mondays championship game, that did not happen and he constantly text me back and forth to troubleshoot it myself. I told him I am not his troubleshooter. I am his vacation guess and on Monday the same thing happened to us again. This was a very expensive gathering just to celebrate our LSU Tigers and we were not be able to see the game because we found out that the owner does not have a TV package at all. I am requesting some refund because that situation destroyed the whole week we were here. Sincerely, CFORTE

BEST DECISION EVER! Beautiful vacation spot
The cabin was just as pictured online. It was very clean and in a great location. This cabin was breathtakingly gorgeous. This cabin is very spacious and had all the amenities needed. The entire booking process was very easy. Any concerns were addressed with promptness.
