Tradewinds 108 is a one-bedroom, two-bath, condo on the beach with a side-view of the Gulf.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room.

• Ceramic tile flooring is throughout the unit.

• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats four and has four bar stools for additional seating.

• Washer and dryer are inside the unit.

• The living room has a sleeper sofa.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV.

• There is a set of bunks built into an alcove in the hallway that is perfect for the children. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• Wireless internet is provided.

• Amenities include: Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Boardwalk, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Elevator, Heated Indoor Pool, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Outdoor Pool, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, TV, Washer/Dryer

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• Maximum of two cars allowed.

• Minimum age to rent is 25.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the zoo that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Spring break
After countless hours of searching for a place to stay on spring break I decided to book this condo because of the indoor/outdoor pool and the location. Upon arrival we immediately discover the pool was closed for construction. I emailed immediately about our disappointment and was told it was in the listing (it was not when I booked or else I would not have booked this property because I looked at the weather ahead of time). An owner of one of the condos told me that many people were not aware of this when they booked but management wasn’t doing anything for them. The shower in the main bedroom had mold on the walls & covering the plastic shower curtain therefore was not used. The windows also had black mold all over them. The bed was the most uncomfortable awkward noisy spring mattress that I’ve ever slept on. This property definitely has potential if it was properly inspected prior to guest arrival and with a new mattress. Our biggest disappointment was definitely communication about the pool.

Great condo!
Few kinks when I first got there but quickly fixed by itrip. The garbage shoot on first floor didn’t work and that was crappy but that was a Tradewinds issue. Condo was so bright and comfy.
