2022 Built Bedroom Bungalow in Lorenzen Bay

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set in a sun soaked and sheltered location within Lorenzen Bay. This 2022 built home is split into two private, self-contained, independent spaces. The unit is large, uncluttered, warm and spacious. Enjoy all day sun and views of Whaingaroa harbour and surrounding countryside from anywhere, including the fully covered hard-wood deck. This very quiet neighbourhood has a number of walks and swimming beaches within a few minutes walk.
The space
The unit is large, well-designed, uncluttered, warm and spacious. Please be aware that the bathroom is an en suite in bedroom 1. Therefore, all guests in bedroom 2 will have to pass through bedroom 1 to access the bathroom
Guest access
You will have exclusive access to all the spaces seen in photos and listed. The house owner may or may be occupying the other half of the house, which has a private entrance and is completely separated by sealed, noise treated doors. You will not hear or see them unless you choose to.

Awesome home and great location
Loved the beautiful home with all the essentials, comfortable bed, love the kitchen. Host Sam was awesome, location is not to fat from city centre and the beach, very quiet neighbourhood as well. Would love to stay longer.
