Seacliff Rose on Bluff with Ocean Views/Pet Friendly

Seacliff Rose is a home right in the Seacliff area of Aptos overlooking the famous cement ship “The Palo Alto”. SCC#221285.  Breath taking 180 degree bay/ocean views from the wide double lot bluff.  Main house has 2 full bedrooms, full bathroom with tub/shower combo.  Living room with complete views, gas fireplace, TV with cable, and Wi-Fi and shelf with tons of games to enjoy.  Kitchen is fully equipped, but no dishwasher.  Enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard with seating, gas BBQ and outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach.  Outdoor landscape lights in both front and back that turn on automatically at night.  Bonus cottage has trundle bed, ½ bath and full size washer/dryer.   You are just a short walk to the Beach-gate path to the beach or walk over to the main entrance at Seacliff State Beach where you can take a leisurely walk with miles of sand, picnic tables and esplanade. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

PETS ALLOWED:  Terms and Conditions: No animals will be brought on the premises without prior consent of the owner and Kendall & Potter Property Management.  If consent is given, Tenant agrees to abide by all rules of the Property Rented. Tenant agrees to pay for any damage (s) that is reported to Kendall & Potter Property Management. Credit card will not be charged unless inspectors at property discover damage after you depart.  Itemized letter will be given if any charges incurred.

Tenant will pay $35 per day per pet.  Multiple pets MUST BE APPROVED by the owner and Kendall & Potter Property Management and will be restricted to a total number of 2.  These charges are charged with Rental Payment. **NO VISITING DOGS ALLOWED!! **

RESTRICTIONS FOR DOGS: Tenant shall not permit the Pet to cause any damage, discomfort, annoyance, nuisance or in any way to inconvenience, or cause any complaints, from any other resident.  When outdoors, all pets must be on a leash and under control of a mature and responsible individual.  Pets may not be tethered or left unattended outside at any time.  Pets are barred from any community area.  The Tenant agrees to clean and properly dispose of all pet waste, both inside and outside property, on a daily basis.  No excrement is to remain.

Please refer to our packing list as we do not provide beach toys or beach accessories.  Please bring your choice of kitchen items such as spices, foil, saran wrap, zip locks, or laundry detergent

Great Weekend
The house added to a great weekend and New Year's. The house is basic, but that is all you need with a great outside area and amazing ocean views. We look forward to our next stay.

Sweet spot on the bluff
Sweet little cottage on the bluff above Seacliff State Beach offering everything you need plus panoramic views from a lovely garden. Pet friendly, too! Short walk to restaurants including Manuel's, Pizza My Heart, Sno-White Drive-In, and Marianne's Ice Cream, just to name a few. Just as short a walk to the beach, right near the famous (now sunken) cement ship.

Great views
This is an old-fashioned two bedroom, one bath house on a spectacular lot overlooking the ocean. House is very clean. Kitchen is tiny, but one of the best stocked kitchens for cooking that we've had on VRBO. Fenced yard is great for well-behaved dogs and beautifully landscaped. The dogs enjoyed the sun while we enjoyed the view. A quick walk down the Beach Gate stairs to the beach. If you're looking for lunch or coffee, Castelli's is a quick walk and has great sandwiches (try the Cement Ship) and coffee and sweets.

Perfect Beach house
When we walked into the Property it was incredible! Big private back yard with an ocean front view! The house was perfect with big windows to see and hear the ocean. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and cozy blankets. Heat worked great with a fireplace too! I’m definitely going back! Great rental service through Kendal & potter. Amber was very helpful!
