Step inside this beautifully decorated holiday home which has panache and style. Lots of thoughtful touches make this home very special. You will not want for anything and probably won't want to leave!
The open plan entertaining space has sliding doors which bring the decks and perfectly manicured gardens to you. Tuis sing in the trees. Relaxing in the private back yard is so tranquil.
A short walk to the beach and 2 minutes from the 3 Mile Bay boat ramp.
Special rates for extended stays apply.

Bring the boat, kayak, bikes, fishing rod and a good book. The Merchant on Spa Road has all the yummy cheeses to complement a tasty fruity wine.
The deck is a late afternoon sun trap. Enjoy barbeques in the evening as the sun sets on your very special holiday.
This amazing home is suitable for two families or three couples on a golf, shopping, fishing, skiing or sightseeing trip or for the perfect ladies getaway.
Coffee and tea are provided.
3 Mile Bay is the hub of holiday heaven. There is an easy lakeside trail which early morning joggers love and walkers can stroll along at leisure to the 2 Mile Bay Sailing Centre for live music, coffee, wine and wood fired pizzas.
At Rainbow Point, The Fishbox is very popular for delicious fish and chips and next door is the Ploughman's Pub for a cheeky pint while you wait for dinner.

Guest have access to the whole property.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

This is a very safe and family friendly neighbourhood.
Surrounded by many holiday homes giving you that real holiday feel.

You will need a car.

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
No parties, no stag do's, no hens do's, quite time after 11pm

Perfect on Pokaka
We had a wonderful few days with our family, a fantastic house very comfortable and was perfect to accommodate our extended family. Beautiful bathrooms, and there are three, no waiting to use showers! Extremely comfortable beds too. Its a lovely home, tastefully decorated, and a very workable kitchen, opening to the deck, great for summertime. Only one very small thing we couldn't find were paper serviettes , which would have been useful! A lake view would be the icing on the cake! P S Gas bottle was rather low, might need filling?
