Quiet double glazed guest house in a private garden setting - enjoy the Tui constantly flying through the area. Ideally situated only a short drive to Chartwell Square, the Base, Hamilton Gardens and with easy access to the expressway.

Kitchenette - electric hob, benchtop oven,
microwave, Kettle, toaster. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided.
Front loader washing machine and drying rack.
Gas heating, electric blanket.
Linen - sheets, duvet, pillows, towells, tea towells.
Parking outside gate on street (quiet cul de sac).
Key accessed via lockbox.
Guest house is at the front of my property with it's own private entrance and two outdoor courtyards, I am available if you require help or have any questions otherwise I will respect your privacy.

Just what we were looking for
Lovely little studio with its own private access from the quiet cul-de-sac, in a nice part of Hamilton. Exceeded our expectations. Hope that we can stay again in future.

Delightfully Cozy Nest
Joy's place was a real gem! It was all we hoped it would be for our short stay in Hamilton--quiet neighborhood, pristine premises set in a lovely garden area, everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Joy was very prompt in all her communications, and so helpful in making suggestions for things to see and restaurant recs. We would stay there again anytime we were in the area. Thank you Joy!

Great Stay
This was the perfect place to stay. Easy to come and go from, convenient location and peaceful. Even though the listing looks nice, we were still blown away at how nice the place actually was. Tidy, clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

Perfect property, our host was very accommodating - preparing fresh towels for us and providing advice about the area. Would recommend to anybody looking for a lovely clean property in an ideal setting in Hamilton.
