This cozy, tastefully decorated home offers 1800 sq ft of living space with six bedrooms, two new king beds and four new queen beds sleeping up to twelve guests. There are two full and two half baths in the home perfect for multiple people. The bright living room has plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, a smart 55" TV, Play station 4 and a selection of board games for the whole family. The newly renovated kitchen is the perfect space for cooking for large groups with new appliances and all the cooking and baking equipment you'll need. If you are a coffee lover, you'll be delighted to find an automatic drip coffee percolator, a Kuerig machine, a French press and a coffee bean grinder.
Take in country and coastal views, stunning sunrises and sunsets on the spacious new wraparound deck, featuring two pergolas, a comfortable seating and dining area, a Blackstone Grill and hammock - perfect for relaxing in the summer sun.
The Seabreeze Beach Retreat is nestled on 1.5 acres of well maintained lawn with plenty of space for outside activities. We provide a selection of recreational equipment including soccer nets, volleyball net, badminton rackets, spike ball, an inflatable 2 person kayak, 2 stand up paddleboards and an assortment of beach toys and chairs.
The picturesque seaside town of Souris has all of the amenities you'll need, grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants, bakery and visitor information center.
Be sure to take in the Fiddling Fisherman fishing tours, Greenwich National Park, Basin Head beach with our famous "singing sands" and Chef Michael Smith's unique "Fireworks Feast" at nearby Inn at Bay Fortune.
