Perfectly located in a peaceful neighbourhood, only 7 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to the beach. Unwind and relax in this comfortable and welcoming 1-bedroom suite. Beautiful valley and mountain views. Quick and easy access to Knox Mountain trails. On-site free parking.
The space
This private, quiet, and spacious garden level 1-bedroom suite with separate access includes a sofa-bed in the living room. There is a kitchenette and cooking appliances can be provided upon asking, washer & dryer, and soaker tub and shower.

NOTE: there are stairs to reach the suite.

Beautiful suite, clean, and homey. Great location, safe neighborhood, and easy check in. Dan was a great host and communicated well. I’d recommend this basement suite to anyone whose consider visiting Kelowna.
