The dining room staff are top notch. My room was noisy, the bed was uncomfortable and the in room safe did not work. Even after reporting the in room safe wasn’t working to reception nothing got done. I was in the noisiest room ever in this hotel. You would think that someone who has booked to stay for 5 nights would get a better accommodation.

The rooms were well kept. I would have appreciated more bottle water, amenities like body wash could have been refreshed more often. Given that there is construction going on the restaurant did a pretty good job for breakfast. Recognizing you expect guests to only stay for one or two nights but those that stay longer there wasn't much different options for the dinner/lunch menu.

Disappointing stay. The room was very dirty and run down. They painted the shower and the paint was peeling, and there was some mystery stains on the walls and carpets. The safe was not bolted down and I waited over an hour and a half for the shuttle in the rain. Eventually another hotels shuttle took me to my hotel as I couldn't reach the dispatcher. I would not stay here again.

My son arrived at the hotel. He was made to wait until I sent my ID to confirm his booking because he is 18. I wasn’t informed this was necessary? I paid fir the room… obviously I approve. My son is still waiting to access his room now. I paid for this room over a month ago. This is horrible service!

Pleased with our stay as it was just an overnight stay. Room was clean and basic which is all you need. Nothing around the area but they had a good restaurant with fair prices. I would stay again or tell a friend.

The stay was brief. Just 12 hours and away I went. The room and the staff were wonderful, breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay here again. I actually forgot I had stayed here once before.

Was extremely expensive for three nights. No breakfast included even tho I paid almost $1400 cad for three nights. Stingy on pretty much everything water/tea/coffee. I had to stay here because the other hotel I booked was disgusting and unsafe(Hotel Mint), so booked this last minute and got screwed heavily. Its not worth staying anywhere in queens. Just save your money and avoid the whole area and take a real vacation to cuba instead for that kind of money. Hotel was clean and staff were ok. Bottle water is $3usd and no vending machines. Only good thing was they gave me a early check in.
