Stayed here and realized I’ve been doing Hanoi all wrong before. This place is literally one minute from the lake — I timed it (okay, I walked fast). Room was clean enough to make my mom proud, Wi-Fi strong enough to stream Netflix, and bed cozy enough to make me question my life back home. Bonus: I didn’t need Google Maps once. Food, coffee, lake, repeat. If you’re looking for a basecamp to conquer Hanoi without getting lost or grumpy, this is it. Would stay again — unless I move in permanently 😄

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall experience. The location itself is incredibly convenient — close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area without hassle. The staff were another highlight of my stay: warm, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with anything I needed, from arranging transport to offering local recommendations. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of freshly prepared options catering to different tastes.
