Each condo provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. Nice place

We called the day prior to get early check in and were told yes no problem. However when we arrived we were told nothing available. After much conversation a staff finally helped us and provided a room. There were mosquitos on our balcony we could not go on it.

Condition of the room was a bit worn, loose cupboard doors, drawers that stick, chipped furniture, etc. Cooking equipment in the kitchen was very basic. On the plus side, staff was very responsive and helpful. I lamented the lack of a tea kettle, and the next day one was delivered to our room.

Checking was pretty confusing when we got the key she pointed out the door and said go around that way and go down the end You’re in D Building but of course we did not know what she meant and after 15 minutes of looking for DeBoo, we noticed there was a D up on the building that if you did not know it was there you would not know it So we checked in dropped our stuff and took a look around. The map on the brochure is terrible. It’s so hard to understand. Also, as through the week we noticed that our socks and our feet were dirty black I don’t think the floors have ever been washed and is not from the balcony because we were flip-flops out there, there is one frying pan where there should be a few more at least two also there is no dish towels. We had to go down and get some the one remote only had one battery in it and when we called down and asked for a battery they just said use the other remotes they work on all the TVs . also, the water pressure in the showers was terrible at least 20 minutes to have a shower. So better communication on having the customer no where they will be going and how to get there. The map is garbage two make sure the place is clean the floor. also, I forgot do you say in class door kept getting caught with the curtain? I suggestion is put on a Velcro tie back so the curtain does not get caught in the door. Thanks.

I’ve been staying here for the last 10 years twice a year. I can only explain it as it’s like a bottle of wine. It’s gets better with age. You guys never disappoint me. The only thing I truly liked about the property was the location. Our feet were black after walking around on the floors, the few dishes that were there were not properly cleaned, there was mold in the showers and on the ceiling. I did not like that this property did not have adequate security. Some of the staff were lovely, and other staff (particularly, the person that worked late/over night at the front desk) were so unpleasant!!! I was calling because people were so loud in the courtyard of my building and she was seemingly very annoyed that I was calling. I would not recommend this property and will definitely not stay there again.

Great family stay

We had such a lovely stay at Floridays. The guest services staff were wonderful to deal with and we have no complaints about our stay. Rooms were clean and it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Highly recommend!

Our recent stay at Floridays, unfortunately, fell short of expectations due to several maintenance issues that significantly detracted from the overall experience. Firstly, a pervasive problem throughout the room was the persistent leakage from all the toilets. It was disheartening to witness water continuously trickling, not only wasting precious resources but also causing inconvenience. Additionally, the faucets in the shower were faulty, leading to constant dripping and unnecessary water wastage. This issue not only impacted the environment but also disrupted any hope of a relaxing shower experience. Moreover, the condition of the ceramic tiles was disappointing. They were alarmingly sticky, resulting in my white socks becoming soiled daily. This not only marred the aesthetic appeal of the room but also raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards. On a positive note, the room itself showed promise and potential. However, the plumbing issues significantly overshadowed any positives. It is evident that the hotel could save a substantial amount on water bills by promptly addressing and rectifying these plumbing malfunctions. Investing in upgrading the plumbing infrastructure would not only enhance the guest experience but also demonstrate a commitment to sustainability and responsible resource management. In conclusion, while the room had its merits, the persistent plumbing issues greatly diminished its appeal. I sincerely hope that the management takes proact

Our room was near the smaller pool which was quieter. Property was very well maintained. Location of resort was excellent in terms of grocery stores etc. It was also a short drive to Disney Springs which we went to twice. Few minor issues (out of towels at both pools by noon, difficult to maintain hot water in one of the showers). Overall it was a great resort.
