FALSE ADVERTISING .... The room I reserved and the room I got were different drastically. When I approached the staff about it and showed them the photos from their website of the room I was sure I reserved, they had no idea where that room was located in the building. They also could not explain why the photos on their website ARE NOT the same rooms they have to offer anyone. My photos showed a Livingroom with a sofa, and 2 chairs and a coffee table. The room I got had one sofa and nothing else. NONE of the rooms have a full size fridge which was shown to be part of the "KING SUPERIOR SUITES" I reserved. They have cupboards in the kitchen (which are completely empty) They also have a sink and countertop , but they provide NOTHING for kitchen use, not even paper towels. No spoons or any cutlery of any kind, no coffee mugs, no cups, no plates, no napkins. Even the plugs in the kitchen on the wall did not work. When I told the front desk staff our plugs did not work they said they would make a note of it on the file. WOW really. Not even an attempt to get maintenance to fix them for us. Front desk lady clerk didn't care or bother at all that we had no working plugs in the kitchen and even though we complained because we wanted these to be working so we could use them, she didn't do anything for the next 3 days we were still there. This is only half of my negative stuff about our stay there.
