Full List of Issues: First night entering room - bath tub dirty (see picture) - towel dirty (see picture) got a new one brought up - wiped counter cloth was really dirty after wiping it indicating it couldn’t have been clean - stove top dirty (see picture) - sheer curtains doesn’t even cover window (light came in early) (see picture) - window doesn’t fully close (see picture) - heater / ac didn’t turn on and is broken (see picture) - used their own wash cloth, placed it on towel rack when wet and when they picked it up it was very dirty (see picture) Second day/ night - noticed stain on bedsheet (see picture) - noticed stain on pillow (see picture) - fridge kept beeping (listen to recording) on second email. - elevator hit daughter and nearly knocked her over (force and surprise)

Our room needed a bit of an upgrade - bathroom door was very squeaky and baseboards around shower were coming off the wall. Air conditioning struggled to keep room cool. Quite far from downtown Paris but accessible by Uber.

I am not one to leave poor reviews though I feel I should just to share with other travellers who may be arriving in Paris for the first time. This hotel is too far from everything - it would be better to find a place closer to $600 per night that is within the 1-8 arrondosments. The room was dated, old, nothing like the pictures. I tried to get a credit with Expedia to stay somewhere else however we could not cancel the day of. Understandable except most hotels I have stayed at allow you to cancel the day of if you don’t check in. I would not recommend nor would I stay here again. My error on location as I wanted to have a spot with more square footage though it’s worth it to spend more money and stay in the city.

Very friendly personnel and well maintained property. Great price/quality ratio. Located in very nice area closed to 4 temps mall and La defense station allowing access to trains, buses and subway lines. There were a couple services you would expect to be available in every hotel, but they were up to our expectations. 1. With an ironing board available in the room , no iron was provided. You'll only get the iron by calling the reception and either paying 20 euros deposit or giving your passport. Sometimes, there was not iron available when you needed it. 2. The phone in your only get you through the reception. You can even make a local call unless you go to the reception and have them dial it for you. I would preferred calling in the comfort of my room and pay for the call. I hope they can look into this.

Very convient location.

Very convient location, easy to get to the tourist attractions and airport by metro and RER. The hotel is very clean, receptionists are nice. The only disappoint is that we had to wait until 3pm after an early arrival from North America, although the hotel has a storage room, but we really wanted to rest for a while before heading out. Overall, we were happy about this hotel.

Hotel location is great near 2 shopping centres as well supermarket just across the street. Close to the RER and the subway. Very safe and quiet area with a park just behind the hotel. Came to visit family who lives so close and definetly will stay here again and recommend this hotel especially the two rooms apartment for 4 so spacious. Thanks to the manager Albert and supervisor Marina who made my stay so graeat

Very close to metro & RER lines

Great hotel, close to grocery store, movie theater, mall and public transportation. The fully functioning kitchen comes with a dishwasher! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was a good size.

Nice hotel in a modern business area

The hotel is 5 minute walk from the La Defense station. Once you get out of station, you find yourself in a modern spacious street that looks more like a square in size. The arch building is a nice touch. However, to get to the hotel, you need to walk through some stairs and escalators (I believe, it's University of Da Vinchi ground) that looks quite awesome. Escalators work 24 hours, so no problem to get around with luggage. The area feels very safe day and night. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Expedia booked a wrong room for us. We needed a room with a sofa for a child and the hotel reserved a room without it. Because our printout had correct room, they upgraded us for one night to a 1 bedroom and got us the right room the next day. Transition was flawless. The hotel is in very good condition. There is a cafe next door to have some coffee or a glass of wine. Our room had a balcony to the inside area, so me and my wife had a pleasant evening sipping red wine right there.

Great hotel in excellent neighbourhood

I am used to staying at hotels and Residhomme La Defense is among the best of the many hotels I know of. The hotel is very clean and located in a quiet business oriented area. The subway and RER Paris La Defense is within 10 mn walk.The only problem I had was access to the free Internet in my room: I sometimes had difficulty connecting and had to try several times before getting through.

Good new appartment hotel with kitckenet, clean,good price on weekend,free internet in room,bad telephone systems,some of front office sttaf not helpfull, located in noisy neigbourhoud residentional, walking distance to butifull la dence office and shopping centre,end of metro line 1,taxi to airport around 50 to 60 euro,by train RER about 11 euro.
