We had a 2 day stay at Divya Sutra, it went well and best price. Would recommend for a best price, accessible to shopping area, fast foods nearby and restaurant. Lots of parking but needs some marking for organized parking. Checking in and out is easy and fast. Booked through expedia.

I had booked 2 adjoining rooms. I even called and was very clear when I booked, 2 weeks previous to arriving. When we arrived the rooms were not accessible to one other so they moved us to another floor. We checked in at 4 pm. At 8:30 pm a couple entered my room with a key card that they were given by front desk. Totally not OK. When I spoke to front desk staff they said "It wasn't entered in the system yet" They did not even apologize.

The first room we had, it smelled like cigarettes, despite their no smoking policy. When we moved to our second room, there was a bucket and a open ceiling in front of our door, because there was a leak. The place is very old and the balconies look like they are about to give in.

It’s clean. It’s cheap. The bed was super comfy and the room size for the price is pretty sweet. The heater fan turned on in the middle of the night making noise but finding the switch to turn it off was central and room didn’t lose heat despite sub zero temperatures outside. Some improvements are due with paint and carpet tile especially in the elevator but overall it will still be the first place I check should I be passing through Vernon again.

You get what you pay for

Property is in fair shape, a little dated and could use a coat of paint and some TLC. Staff were very friendly, the put me on the main floor this time around, much different than the 3rd floor on my previous stay. If you get the chance take the higher floors, noise wise it’s better than the ground level.

Good: - accommodating staff - cheapest price of the hotel - it has option for bigger beds good for family - easy parking Things to improve: - wifi pw doesn't pro actively given - front desk is not contactable you have to go down to request for anything - AC is not working properly - Faucet of the shower is hard to operate - no youtube on tv Overall its was good but not excellent. Hope the management will really improve the things mentioned above

We were very surprised and happy with our accomodation. Really exceptionally large room with lots of area for storage - no tripping hazards. Beautiful view of the mountains. Having a couch and a dining table was great as we had our supper and played cards. So relaxing after a really busy week. Definitely booking again!
