Nice hotel right by the river bike path.

I rode my bike during my trip to Minsk and the location could not have been better. The major bike path along the river that cuts Minsk right down the middle passes right by the hotel's backyard. The doorman wouldn't allow me to bring my bike up to my room with me even though it was a small wheeled folder. He insisted it was perfectly secure to leave it on the bike rack that their own rentals were left on. He pointed out the cameras keeping watch at all times. The room was everything I wanted. Hot shower with strong water pressure with handheld and rainfall functions. Fresh towels and linens. Comfy bed. Would stay again on a future trip to Minsk.

Good, but still not perfect place to stay

I liked everything about this hotel but it was extremely cold in all common areas such as lobby bar(air conditioning was simply turned off) plus when we went to eat at Oasis restaurant we had to wait for more than an hour for our order(we were the only customers at that time)

Благодарю руководство отеля за прекрасную организацию и уважительный персонал! Чувствуется забота о гостях во всем- от консьержа до массажиста. Особенно приятно, что нашли номер де люкс без запахов, что при моей аллергии очень важно. Поинтересовались , как номер. персональную благодарность прошу передать Денису, Ольге Билык. Хотелось бы, чтобы завтрак тоже был включен, хотя бы в некоторые тарифы номеров.

Room too hot - apparently a problem with HVAC, I was told to open my window (it's mid-January!). This was the only negative. Otherwise clean, food is good, and the service was fine.

硬件没问题，软件待加强

中国投资建设的酒店，无疑，很大气，符合中国人对5星酒店的预期。但毕竟是住酒店不是参观建筑，细节方面和传统5星酒店有差距。房间墙纸起泡，淋浴间玻璃胶施工水平太低，不仔细，中国工程队过来施工，速度有了，质量并不太高。不知道是不是明斯克相对落后的原因，明天后天分别住下万豪和希尔顿对比看下，对于建在欧洲的五星酒店，卫浴产品居然不是VB或类似品牌，浴室备品也不是大品牌，肥皂用起来很不舒服。电视节目，可以看两三个中文台，但主流的英语以及欧洲语言频道都没有，用了三星的电视，但居然不支持投屏发射。附带的中餐厅还可以，进了赌场我以为回到了10年前，就好像ps5都出了，给你玩儿小霸王的感觉。
