Worst hotel on earth

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a late check in and I had emailed them prior. I received no response. We showed up and all the doors were locked and there were no doorbells to ring to get reception. After banging on the doors we finally got an answer. We were given a room, went upstairs to find someone sleeping inside it. Went back downstairs, given another room, found someone sleeping inside it again. Finally at 2am we were given a room and went to sleep for 4 hours which costed us $120. I demanded a refund and was not given one. Do not stay here. Pay extra for the Hilton or Sheraton and get yourself a good hotel. I emailed there reservations and have yet to receive a response. Awful customer service.

It's inexpensive for obvious reasons

Was firstly given a room which was never cleaned. Next room had missing items, broken furniture, no sheets(only comforter), cracked toilet seat, squeaky bed and door would not close properly. I was so tired I was unable to complain and fell asleep anyhow. Morning came and wanted some coffee only to find packs of grinded coffee beans and no coffee maker. The only positive thing I have to say is that they have free shuttle and there is a free shuttle service in the area to bring you to a local mall with restaurants and shopping. And by the way they have no restaurant.

Service was awful

Bad experience! This is an airport hotel, so it exists for an 'in-out' experience. Pricey for what we got, but so is everything else in Paris. When we checked in we discovered that: 1. Our room had not been fully cleaned, bathroom was filthy, with leftover soap and used towels. 2. Some bed linens were missing. 3. All the garbage containers were full of stuff (pizza boxes, soda bottles, dirty tissues etc) When I called the desk (at 6 pm) and asked for things to be cleaned up, I was told that the housekeeping staff had gone home for the day and there was nothing they could do (how can all your housekeeping staff be absent at an airport hotel???) 4. The next morning there was no water, so we could not shower before heading to a 24 hour air-travel day home When I spoke to the manager on departure, he just shrugged and said sorry. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Faded quality accommodations

Chose the hotel because it was close to CDG. First could not get into the hotel because the main doors were locked and the buzzer to alert reception was not working. Fortunately another guest saw me and got someone to open the door. This happened several times. Suite was not completely made up, no pillow slips on beds, no garbage cans.. so had to leave various refuse items on the counter. One towel in the bathroom was damp, and seemed like it had not been changed. I asked for a wakeup call, and receptionist took my request, but received no wake up call in the morning.

This hotel was ok. Room was clean. Close to CDG airport. However it was difficult to locate by car. Parking is very limited if you need to quickly park. Breakfast not included. €15 per person. Said served until 10am but when we got down to eat at 9:20am there was hardly any food left.

Resting in Roissey

The room was mostly fine, though there was a lot of water seeping under the door between the bathroom and entryway (perhaps from sudden heavy rain shower?). Heard several people complaining about lack of kitchen hardware for eating in their rooms, but that did not directly affect us. Staff were friendly enough, but perhaps not quite fully trained. Overall, for a single night before catching an early flight, it was fine.

Good hotel close to the airport

We got to the hotel and when we checked in we were told that our room had two single beds instead of a queen or double so we asked for a room change and they immediately gave us a room with a queen bed with no hassle, which we appreciated. The room itself was large and clean, and it was in an apartment style with a full kitchen and living room. We wanted a hotel close to the airport and this was perfect as it was only a few minutes from Charles Du Galle. There is a free shuttle that you can take which comes every half hour or so (no reservation required) and it picks you up from the hotel and drops you off at the airport. There are also restaurants and cafes close by if you want to get something to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay close to the airport.

Nothing as advertised . Shuttle is just a bus which leaves you 10 min from terminal with your bags. Wake up call an hour late. Room not equipped, we had to ask for everything.no early check in .

Disappointing, noisy, and lacking comfort

Staff was friendly and helpful but the room very disappointing. Not comfortable for 4 people. The sofa bed was terrible as a bed (did not have the time to try it out as a sofa as we stayed only one night). Only 1 chair in the Suite. We ended up eating pizza sitting on the floor around the coffee table as our last night in Paris :( Staff was nice enough to bring extra towels needed quickly (some of the towels were in really bad shape though), ordered pizza for us and brought us plates and glasses. Hotel staff helped the stay to be more comfortable but the hotel needs renovation and a re-thinking of the comfort provided (sofa bed need to be changed, need more chairs, the blinds were broken, many light bulbs were missing in the lamps, not sure that the dishwasher and other appliances were working, etc) I would not go back unless I read that the hotel has been renovated. Thanks to the staff for their kindness and support.

Close proximity to Paris airport & reasonable rate

Close to Charles de Gaulle airport & free shuttle service; friendly helpful staff; found it interesting that the room had a small kitchen unit but no supples such as plates, wine glasses etc.; having a fridge was useful; no restaurant on site but hotel across the street provided a good meal...village close by but apparently the restaurants there are not open at night.

Hotel near the Charles Du Gaulle Airport.

We arrived just before midnight and checked in with the front desk reception as it closes at midnight. We went up to the room and found that it appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time. Bare minimum at best. The sheets on the bed appeared to have been laundered but the bedspread and pillow shams were dirty and stained. The floor was filthy and the bathtub had not been cleaned. The air conditioner did not work and the room was hot and stuffy and the windows did not open. Had it been earlier in the day we would have left.

it is not 4 star hotel .Worse than 2 star

This was the first time we had such an issue at a paris airport hotel. The room had deep scratches all over the floor and the air condition control was missing. We complained nothing happened.The room was hot. Felt like we were in some institution. The staff was unhelpful and front lady is not friendly.

A nice retreat

This place was more than I'd expected, I needed a landing pad before my flight in the morning, and this was clean and cozy. And so dark to sleep, I loved it!
